Ryan Crockwell

My story so far…
My name is Ryan Crockwell. I am 23 years old & I have 2 young children.
I started in Mamba in March 2010 with no sales experience. All I had ever done was joinery. I felt like a brand new challenge in life, especially with the building trade being so unpredictable. I needed security for me & my family.
I seen the job advertised in the Daily Record & thought to myself this could be my chance. New Start, New Career. This has been the best decision of my life. Everyone in Mamba is fantastic. The support & training I have received is unbelievable. You learn allot from them. My confidence in myself & my abilities now has rocketed in & out of work thanks to the day to day training provided.
I have recently been promoted to crew leader where I receive an additional 50% bonus on top of my - what used to be - my normal income which naturally has motivated me to work hard to get my promotion ASAP. I have a good strong team around me of eight individuals who are doing amazing. I have promoted 5 leaders & within my own team already and my goal is to double that over the next couple of months. Everything is happening within Mamba. There are promotions happening everywhere. We are expanding rapidly & we aim to continue that.
There is an amazing opportunity to travel here. I have been to Birmingham to a massive Rally held in the Hilton where loads of Awards were being picked up. I also went to the Scottish Rising Stars held at Hampden Park & received the Rising Star Award. It was just the best feeling ever to get up on stage & receive it in front of my partner & 300 others. I have also been to Carlisle, Cumbria, Oban, Dunoon & Dundee. It was so much fun.
At the end of October a select group of individuals will be going to Marbella for the Mamba Rest and Relaxation weekend. There is also a massive Rally in London in the XL Venue for the Olympics where there will be 4/5 thousand people & I will be picking up a few more awards there too.
Going forward I am going to open one of the newest marketing companies with the help & support of my owner Barry Morgan. That’s what I love most about the business. The opportunity, help, support & training. Also we have a lot of fun along the way.
I am creating allot of success around me & I am going to create loads more.
