After passing my English degree in France I moved to Scotland, having heard that when you understand the Scottish accent you can understand anyone!
So in my search I luckily found Mamba. Since joining the large team I have grown in strength every day, I have the highest level of customer service and receive great customer service bonuses back frequently to prove it, I received an extra 1 month campaign bonus of an additional £925, that was on top of my usual sales & marketing money & was just for simply having great customer services - which comes naturally anyway!  I wouldn’t say I’m the person who gets the highest number of sales every day, but I’m consistent and successful, and always given recognition for my quality of sale!
My personal trainer / leader when I joined was Debbie Bell, and on my first day showed me how to make £100 in one day! (There are so many incentives & bonus structures in place which is another reason why I decided to join - I love it that people are rewarded for their own efforts!)
One of my biggest inspirations - is that I have literally watched my personal trainer go from doing sales & marketing, to training others, from training on a one to one basis - to group training and now she has proven all that - she is now running a seperate office location based in Dundee city centre!  I think the advancement on offer is just great!

All of my success so far wouldn’t have been possible without the help and support from my personal leader and of course our Managing Director, but also from many other colleagues in the office, they have always valued my efforts and that‘s very important to me.
My goal is to continue to increase my sales, join the very prestigious Q club and to move forward in the Business Development Programme, all of which is one step further to my Ultimate Goal which is enjoying to travel & learning how to run a successful location of my own and in my own time!
