Jonathan Quinn

I joined Mamba back in 2008; previously I had worked in a large well known supermarket doing Photo Development whilst I was still searching for a new career.
I came across an advert in the paper, so called in to apply and was greeted by a very excited & friendly voice. After successfully completing a telephone interview I was invited along for an interview within the company, during both stages I gave it 100% effort, I was determined to be offered the opportunity, it was exactly what I was looking for, great earnings potential, lots of progression, ongoing training, the best support, travel and recognition to name but a few.

Within my 2 years I have progressed through the Business Development Programme - learning the entire way, facing challenges head on - naturally, and just making sure I was always getting better!
Since joining Mamba Organisation I have been involved in representing several different massive Super Branded clients over my time, clients I am really proud to have represented like British Red Cross, NDCS, Sky and NPower, this of course has also helped build my confidence in training others, in passing on skills, in sales and marketing, and in managing teams. In achieving success in all that - I have now reached a massive goal - I have this year incorporated my very own business - Orion Promotions - still representing in Glasgow - but focusing on one brand & training others to do exactly the same as I have - that’s if they want to achieve running their own office too - or if responsibility is not for them - then even just to enjoy sales & marketing!

Now after progressing through the company I have attended countless meetings throughout the UK, and due to my success I have been fortunate enough to go even further afield to places such as Dublin, Tenerife, and the plush Marbella in Spain. I always recall one of first trips away when I was sent on an all expenses paid trip to London where I spent a few days at the overall Group Head Office spending time with Vice Presidents, the Managing Director of the overall Group and other senior members in the global group which for someone at that time who had only been in the business for 3 months was unbelievable. I love all the extra incentives available in Mamba, like being selected to attend a team building day out at the Cameron House Hotel on Loch Lomond and went on their beautiful brand new yacht, “Celtic Warrior”, Amazing!
I was also invited to attend an unbelievable Rest & Relaxation weekend in Marbella, Spain, where I stayed in an amazing villa overlooking the Mediterranean!!! I went there with several other invited colleagues so of course learnt so much more about the business whilst I was enjoying myself in the sun too!

Not only am I currently achieving extremely high levels of job satisfaction but also improving my own personal development. I never thought I would have the confidence for public speaking or managing/leading and motivating people, but I have grown in myself to be able to achieve these easily due to the support and systems in the Business Development Programme.
I really couldn’t see myself doing anything else!
