Iain Pelosi

I have been at Entice Marketing (Mamba is head office for Entice) since May 2009. Before this time I was working as a fully qualified joiner. I had that job since leaving school. Since joining Entice my working life has been totally turned around. In my previous job I plodded along with no real enthusiasm for the job. I feel that I am now part of an exciting and dynamic company. The real surprise to me has been how much I enjoy working and the fact that I have a real flare for sales and marketing, which I wasn’t aware of before! I look forward to every new day with Entice & Mamba.

I now have aims and goals and want to achieve the very best I can. The rapid advancement you can achieve is just phenomenal, within a year I have went from learning the sales & marketing concepts, to training one individual to large groups of individuals (which in the beginning I never thought I would even have the confidence to do at all - but my confidence has grown with my passion - daily!). I then became a crew leader, and now I am at Assistant Management level - working really closely with my line Managing Director and his overall Director too. My immediate aim is to keep proving myself in this role, and to do this I am totally aware that I have to keep myself and my team motivated to the max. I am naturally a very upbeat person and try and instill confidence and self belief in my team, and in doing so I have found you get the very best you can from your team members.

Since starting here I have travelled around the country and I would say at a fairly young age I have realised that with the work ethic I am developing… anything is achievable! My learning process is ongoing!! I have received Team Leader Sales Awards at a huge group Convention in Nottingham (in front of 4000 delegates!), I have received a Scottish Rising Stars Award, and more recently my promotion onto the level of Assistant Management. This has been a tremendous boost to my confidence and confirms that this is the career for me. My ultimate aim is to become a company owner with my own office by the end of this year. To reach this goal I am determined that with continued hard work and commitment and acquiring even more experience and knowledge in all aspects of running my own business that this will be achieved.
